How often should I add nutrients to a soil grow?

So I am growing in 1 gal. bags and am using House and Garden aarde A and B with Root XL, great white, and floralicous as additives.I am on my 3rd week of flower and this isn't my first grow but first try with these nutrients.I have got 9 grape apes and 12 hogsbreath under 2 600W Hps in a growhut XL. I am wondering how often I should be feeding per week?

Ok that is what I thought I was just gonna make sure. Also I had a question about cooling. I want to put an AC in the room but would rather not go with a window unit. Any info on Air Chillers? Or good in room AC's?
