How to get growers card

An attorney I spoke to said this is a nothing paper but somehow LEO likes it and fill it out and post it on my plant (zip ties)

oooo. Careful with that. That is a caregiver form. Do not use that form unless you have official caregiver status over a person! They can (and will) throw your ass in prison for using that unless you can prove in a court of law that you provide other non-cannabis related care to that individual!

If your lawyer suggested using that form without telling you that then it's time to get a new lawyer asap! To actually become an official caregiver is a difficult process. Be really careful!

Read this:

The United States attorney for the Central District of California, Thomas P. O’Brien, said Mr. Lynch had violated state laws because he was not his customers’ main caregiver and provided no medical services beyond the marijuana sale.

I shit you not. They will throw your ass in jail for that.

Not like that it isn't. You're actually better off just having your recommendation up at his house and signing a collective agreement with him than trying to claim caregiver status. Seriously, people who claim caregiver get really fucked over in court.

I am still confused. I have the Medicann cannabis card, but if i need to grow more plants, i need to get the state ID card? So you have to go to a specific doctor that gives you the state id card? So in the end you have two cannbis cards? Any help is appreciated, because my county was the minimum plant limit, before the January decision.
THanks for the help:weed::weed:bongsmiliebongsmilie

What is this prop 19 im hearing about? Ive heard it is legal to grow in a 5 x 5 lot now?
Prop 19 makes it legal to start your own, for profit cannabis business both growing and selling. It makes it legal for everyone in California to grow 25sq feet and possess up to an ounce with out a doctors recommendation. With a permit you can potentially do legal warehouse, greenhouse, and field growing. As well as that you could open a dispensary that anyone 21 and over come come in and buy your products without 215 paper work, a doctors rec, or joining a collective.

Prop 19 would make cheap weed $22 a pack of 20 or $1.50 per ciggy and be grown in india and sold at walmart.
under prop 19 all of that would be illegal. You couldn't export weed from india nor could you sell weed at walmart. You couldn't sell anywhere that was not 21 and up.

Patient id center Oakland CA gives you the most one of the most recognized ID cards for your everyday use when you go to clubs and stuff and offer a Growers Certificate. Cops came in my house and left after I showed them thank god, just stay within the county limits.
