How to grow one plant without getting caught

So im thinking about starting a grow in my closet only problem is there is the cleaning lady that comes every friday and open my closets and stuff pisses me but i want to know if i can grow in a small water jug like a 5 gallon one. and if fluroscent light will be fine and is there any way to have it be small jsut to produce some bud like no bigger than 18 inches full grown???. I live with my aunt and uncle who think im a goodie tooshoes when im not but i dont have any where else to grow it... any ideas?

Alternatively you could live dangerously and go purchase a lock and lock the cleaning lady out of the closet.
