How to plant (Need Help Fast)

Ok so ive never had seeds germinate this long before. a buddy of mine just stopped by and gave them to me to plant im using a Miracle Grow mixture with perlite. The setup i have is well pretty nice and ghetto =)). the seeds were placed in a plastic bag with a napkin and water of course. Theyve been in there about a wek and ahalf from what my buddy told me. The roots on all 5 are about 2 1/2-3 inches long and all 5 have there little leaves ontop. I dont know how to put them into soil without hurting them. How far into the soil to place them, ive always had seeds in for about 3-4 days with a small little tail on them and then put them into soil never had them this big before. Please i need some help here from someone more experienced then myself.

But is that 1/4 - 1/2 inch deep from the bottom of the root or from the top of the plant?

Seems like a stupid question which it really is =)) im just not sure well frankly cause ive never dealt with any like this before.

just plant it just above so i have like a finger room between the soil and the leaves if that makes more scence 2 you

plant them now, and make sure the seed is about a half inch below the soil. Be very careful not to damage the root, try not to touch it or let it bend too much.

never water down your plants just so the soil is moist is fine

ya like put a hole with your finger or sharpie or sumthing and place it in gently and very softly push the dirt from around it over the top of the taproot

Well see when he brought them to me... The seed shells are already gone thats how far along they are. Thats why im so worried about them and im asking so many questions being this critical about it. I dont want to damage the root but theres nothing but root and 2 leaves on all of them.

Do it before it's too late.
