Hps

i am using a 400 wat hps light and was wandering if it is ok for me to be using it through the seedling/vegetative-flowering.
At the moment they are about 1-2 inches high and showing signs of healthy growth in the highish temperature i have to put up with.
Humidity ranges from 40-55, and temp from 75-95.
The ventilation isnt great in there but there are fans blowing and the plants do look really great, especially the oldest one of them which is 4 inches and developing so many new leaves.
All the plants have tiny white speckles on the leaves that look like crystals.
is it still possible to grow them through the seedling stage because it seems like a good option.

Yes, just be sure to keep that HPS far enough away not to burn and fry your youngins. How far is it from the top of them now?

its about 18 inches away, and its been like that for three days. they have grown a lot aswell, and i was thinking maybe they dont feel the hot temperature because there are fans constantly blowing on them.

Wow, that seems kinda close. Be careful. I would back it off to 2' (at least) if it were me. But hey, what do I know?

well they are quite small and dont seem to mind that much either. They are growing very nicely, and can see a waxy cuticle around the leaf. Also there are tiny crystals on the leaves.

Make sure those white speckles aren't spider mites!!! They love dry areas! Let's see some pics my friend. Good luck with your grow!

i am pretty sure they are not spider mites, they are in a well enclosed space, and i live in england...not the most tropical of countries. And the white speckles look as though they are 'factory made' in a way, and are perfectly spaced between eachother. what i thought they were was the waxy part on the leaf, or some crystals. They dont look like any type of bacteria or mites.
