Humidity Question

I am in the middle of my first grow and have a closet divided up and have two rooms. The lower room is two feet tall for my clones and have two 21" grow lights as well as an outdoor flourecent light. The upper portion has one 400 watt HPS light for the one plant that is in there so far. There is a fan blowing between the light and the plant and out the door. The question I am having is about the humidity level. The clones are watered everyday but are BONE dry at the end of the day and by the end of the day the humidity is down to 30% and the temp is between 90 and 95f. What are some cheap and easy ways to boost the humidity to hopefully keep water on the plants a little longer.

There has been a bowl in there for three days, and also the jugs of water we are using have been open everyday...

For the clones u can get a cheap plastic dome (costs around 15$) so when the clones are inside, the dome helps keeping the RH (wich should be 90% or above) don´t forget to spray lots of water into the clones they deppend on foliar feeding to live, once the clones have a good root structure u can then transplant.

The problem is not the humidity, it's the high temps, and lack of fresh air.

Fix that, and the humidity will be fine. Plants need fresh air, and hot air needs to be exhausted. If you exhaust the hot air, then fresh air will be pulled in.

Your plants want to have a breeze regularly, but not all the time. If you blow air on a plant constantly, it will dry it out. You should use an oscillating fan, that blows on the plant, and then leaves it to settle, then blows again.

I dont use a clone chamber. I slap my rockwool cubes under 2 4' floros and mist a couple times a day. I did 4 trays of 98 and I just transplanted the first tray and to my supprise every last one rooted. That is unheard of for me:) All I did was soaked the rockwool in 5.5 ph water with bcuzz root and superthrive. Since it worked so good I dont think I will ever change my solution.
My camera broke so im pretty pissed I cant take any pics.
