Humidity???

my humidity is at like 30-40% any tips on how to get that up to 60-70% it needs? (any tips would be great)

you can put a hot bowl of water. that will raise it a little.

would a small humidifier work better?? or would that be overkill?

that would work too. just make sure you watch the humidity so you can cut it off when necesary. my grow closet is right outside my bathroom door so when my humidity drops i just turn the shower on as hott as posible and leave the door open and watch the humidity rise... thats my humidifier.

is it safe to have water vapor around hot lights or is that a fire hazard??

are your plants in veg or flower, when mine were in veg i couldnt get the himidity any higher than 40ish, now there in flower and it stays around 55-60 regardless of what i do.

I'm pretty sure my humidity is like 15-20%. I checked once with a multi reader gauge. I may have made that name up.. But it reads temp and humidity. Temp was like 84% (now have a fan on them) and Humidity read 15% but kept reseting. I had it placed in my area for about 4 hours. Never did anything about that. Probably should. Don't know what.

i dont know but my babies are doin fine i hope to post new pics of them, and my new grow closet 10 40w grow light 4' fluoros and 7 150 equiv cfls (need hps) for flowering....should be able to post monday
