hydro/aero?

hi ive done a couple of hydro grows and now interested in aeroponics.has anyone done both before? i would be grateful for any pointers thanks people

I've never grown hydro period but I've grown straight organics in promix... Now I'm beating myself in the head about flood and drain in promix or aeroponics... I have built a nice aerocloner in the past and was thinking about trying to grow that same style with zero veg
