Hydro system please help!!!!

i would really like to know how to set up a hydro system with those orange Hydroton things and make it with those net cups and stuff any ideas. please help

what that mine are in pot with soil with florecent light and changeing to hps

ya for sure but when you want to bud the put them on a 400 watt high pressure sodiom for twelve hr on 12 hr off it will be sick i have 4 plats on that system

you actualy dont need that much florecent light

so id be good with one 105w or would that be pushin it for three plants
