Hydroponic Bucket System

i have 2 net cups filled with hydroten sitting in holes on top of the bucket lid. this will be my second time growing hydroponically so i decided i should try some new things. i got got some good seed from some nuggs that i obtained from a local. i am using 19-31-17 fertilizer. i have the water level where it rises 3/4 of the way up the cups and i have two airstones at the bottom. i just put the seeds into the hydroten and now i am waiting .it worked last time. i am also using 4 cfls... two are 60w soft wight and two are 23 watt bright whites.. can some one give me some advice on anything im doing wrong ?

You may want to germinate the seeds before you put them in this contraption.
You will not need any ferts until they are in veg.
