I don't complain about seedsman.. but if I do

Let me start off by saying I'm a long time customer of seedsman.com low their prices ans the layouts of the site. Also love that I can pay with bitcoin now. !

My last orders have been over 250$ each, and I always look on their site.

Before Christmas, I found an auto I wanted and then say free seeds beside that. Usually you cannot add those into your cart as you get them as freebies.

I was allowed to, so I did.
My total came to 21$ and I payed with bitcoin. Now my Coinbase app lagged and didn't add the 0 at the end of the numbers making my payment 41$ and that was 20$ over my owing.

I messaged them, all was going well; they were going to return to me the owing amount I over paid.

Until this morning I get an email saying I didn't I iver pay, I underpaid ...
excuse me? No.
So I showed them my order on my account that clearly states that my owing is 21$ shipping and tax included.

I have an idea why they are saying I over paid, because I shouldn't have been able to select a freebie worth 22$.. but it happened and that's their fault sadly not mine.

I have to wait until Monday to get a response. My Coinbase account was closed after making that transaction oddly enough. So they cannot send my money back there. Ugh stressed out.

Not to sound like an ass but I would care if it was 0.50 I'd care. It's the fact that I am being told I underpaid when I overpaid.. you saying you just let it slide? Obviously you have too much money or don't know the value of it.

If I pay for a product and I accident pay more than I needed too, I expect the money back.

And right now money is tight due to back injury and the bitch who hit me's insurance is lagging behind.
Many things factor into not having cash, but I had cash for some seeds laying around in my bitcoin.

So not to be an assbut you were an ass . And maybe posting on people's threads when you don't have something helpful to say; don't post at all..

I'm sorry that you're having financial troubles. But if you couldn't afford the seeds, then why did you order them? Maybe you should try figuring out why you cant make ends meet and leave the drugs alone missy. But for the record, you sound upset.

If you're having money problems I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems but some cash aint one.

I can afford the seeds, it's the fact I'm being told I underpaid when I overpaid by 20$.

I could care lless as about 20$, but what I care about is respect and loyalty to their customers and their word. Sorry I'm dontbhave the same values. Lmfao

I was stressed out about having to argue with a company I love. NOT about money.

I jusdon't care if people fuck up or owe me something. My sister still owes me 234.54 cents. She pays me back slowly when's she can.

Maybe I care about people keeping to their word.

Example if I order a fucking quarter pounder meal..

And I get to munch house after driving to mcdicks, which is a treat and 30 minutes away.

When I get home, my order better be the way it should be.
No, I got a bun, with two patties and cheese. No sauce no onions pickles or anything.
