She's an idiot and should feel ashamed of herself stating that there is no evidence for pain relief. Fuck is it imbarassing that the fucking head of HC can't even read a medical document. I did one search and found 10 that supports cannabis for pain. It's to bad someone's opinion is worth more then actual medical studies!!! Stupid bitch

Yes well, :) the rest of what she has to say was out her ass. I didn't think anyone wanted to read all the BS. It's way to much to read.
Her one Moronic Statement says it all!.

at the same time.. what's worse? those with blind support and limited knowledge who think it's actually a good working system?
or those who know the facts and hate this new system.. but support it by being part anyway?

this is such BS though;
"Since the new medical marijuana approval regime was implemented and oversight tightened over who is approving marijuana for medical reasons — and how much — the average amount of pot authorized by a doctor has fallen from 17 grams a day to four grams a day, the health minister said. “That’s a substantial decrease in the amount of marijuana that is being prescribed and it’s in line with the available medical evidence of what a patient would use per day.”

so they give out 50-70+ plant count licenses under the MMAR quite easily.. and now they restrict it and say it's so much better and tightly controlled..
it would've been fine had you not gave out ludicrous plant count licenses under the old system.. swear they did that so it would fail (well not fail, but need to overhauled because of abuse)
could've easily tightened up the MMAR and had it working great.. even eventually adding LP/dispensaries.. but nope.. need a marijuana monopoly.

THEY knew what THEY were doing. (They being the government - and whoever else wrote these laws)

Let people grow an obscene amount of MMJ for what is actually needed for the patients.

People grow too much - and then get busted.

Everyone suffers, and it's "taken away".

But what about all the money old growers spent before April 1, 2014? What about those people that LIKE to grow? What about the people that CANNOT afford to pay 10 bucks a gram, and are very happy with what they already produce?

THOSE people - are FORCED into hiding under the MMPR. Did the government REALLY think that every single grower would just all of a sudden STOP?

Fuck no - they knew what they were doing.

They were trying to force everyone they can that has any knowledge of MMJ, or growing, or medical benefits - into HIDING.

I hope it doesn't work. Because it's the people in the old system, the growers, the caregivers to MMJ patients, the people that CARE - they are needed over the next year.

WE NEED YOU!!! Whoever YOU are!

The cons are trying to save this already failed MMPR program to appease investors and recruiting anyone who will buy their crap... Or, in the case of HC, all they have to do is pull the puppet strings. Since the doctors told them to fuck off with their games, they're resorting to this. Classic Harper and political bull-shit. It's so obvious, it's sickening.

I'm right here Yessica, not going anywhere, they won't/don't scare me with their fucking games or draconian laws. I unfortunately picked up another patient recently w/stage 4 cancer. The meds are allowing him to sleep a few hours while they have him on prednisone, the strongest drug I ever took when I was going through chemo. That (prednisone) shit is like doing a block long line of coke, twice a day, coke is a fucking joke in comparison and I did some real coke back in the day. They use it to help the chemo get through better and faster, usually for about 5 days after chemo treatments. You sleep 3-4 hours a night if your lucky enough to have some strong meds around to allow it. And that shit is "legal"? The oncologist offered me some pharma shit to help me sleep when I went through it, I laughed at them and told him I was good, thanks. I'd vape a few hits of oil and mj to grab a few hours instead of dealing with yet more legal pharma crap side-effects. Fucking hypocrites.

You know they're just trying to scare the people who don't know any better. It's amazing they can find all kinds of "medical" evidence to show how bad it is and not one shred to support the benefits. I can't see myself going backwards from growing, regardless of the outcome of the SC challenge. I just have no desire to support the legal criminal market. I would rather buy from the thug down the street. So unless it's legalized in very short order after either the decision or an election, the BM will continue to thrive. BM sellers don't register with anyone...kinda like the gun control issue here in that they scrap the registry but what murderer or robber registers their gun?

The one thing GOOD that Harper did not want to do but was forced into doing.
He wasn't able to do that with a minority government though and used that simple fact to gain votes!!!...which he weaseled in with.
The one thing he learned after high school was how to pull the wool over everyone's eyes. And he did it!
The worst kind of fucked up way to get into power!
Everyone forgets! No one wanted him in the first place..:cuss:

Yeah, they're good at spinning things to support their hypocrisy. I consider myself in the grey market. The BM is all about money, no doubt, I'd support that as much as I'd support any program short of full legalization. In between, I supply those who are sick, and can't get it, or have to pay ridiculous prices through any form of government program. It's rarely black & white and there's room for compassionate growers, legal or not.
