Has the light been that height the whole time? And what is your temp?

Personally, I would add enough soil to cover half of the exposed hypocotyl (Section of the stem underneath the cotyledon or the "seed leaves" but above the roots). Just to support the stem until its able to strengthen/thicken up, as a starting point. What wattage is your cfl?

If it isn't producing much heat underneath it, I'd try lowering it down a couple inches. Are these bag seeds or did you order them?

Sativa dominant or Indica dominant? Feminized or regular?
It looks like its somewhere around 16"-18" above them, try 14" above or so. When in doubt about the height, I lower in small measured intervals until I find the sweet spot.

Ok and the bushier one on the right is feminized granddaddy purple and the small one on the left is auto fem super skunk

Yeah I would drop the light to 12" over them or around there, wherever isn't creating a heat problem. I've never grown autoflowering plants before, so I'm not much help with that unfortunately. The GDP should be bushier than that, which tells me it's probably stretching vertically to try and get more light... I hope this helps out.

Yea it's my first time with auto flowering I've grown plenty of feminized but never auto and I think after this I'm gonna stick with the feminized but thank you so much I will lower the light to 12" and see how it goes i will keep updating as the weeks go by
