Nice conversation and good info from BabyLobsterito
Just to make sure you are not underwatering.
    How many days between watering?
How much water do you use when watering?

Thank you sir Buba Blend . I noticed the one on the right looks like half of the soil is transpiring more/faster than the other half... Possibly watered a little heavier in one spot, or there's a draft from the blower drying it out?

That was why I asked, it looks uneven like maybe he has dry pockets. Thought it could be why they are not growing for their age.

Dude.... I know a little something something about Cfl growing. Your babies are war too far from the light. its like having plants in the shade. Here's what you have to do bud...

Re-pot your plants. Fill them pots up all the way with dirt about an inch from the top when you do. You don't want them inside like that.

Next, Move your light 2-3 inches above your plants so its almost kissing them. Cfl lights run cool and wont burn them at 2-3 inches away. You will notice a big difference in a day. Imo, its way too early for any nutes other then maybe some banana soup.

But there were 2 questions there.
The most important one: How much water did you give them when you watered each time? (estimate if you are not sure)

fox farm grows here are often riddled with issues.

fill a pot with dry dirt, feel the weight? now add 1/4th of the pot volume in water to the pot all at once and walk away.
when the pot feels dry, not the dirt, not your finger, the weight of the pot, add the exact same amount of water once again, all at once.
    continue through flower, feed appropriately.

2 gallon container needs 2 quarts of water, 4 gallons needs 4 quarts of water........
