long story short my seeds were planted 6 days ago...some how i turned on my light 1 hour late so they got 9 instead of 8 hours of darkness... am i fucked or will i be ok on this slip up?

Why not get a timer ,there like 5$ at a hardware store,make sure you get one thats grounded(3 Prong),and make sure it can handel your wattage,mines a 1500w max and im runnin 1 1000 w HPS,so no fires here.

i want to but with my setup it requires that i open some doors and lift some heavy sheets and re-arrange fans when the lights come on, so if i used a timer i still need to get up and handle all of that shit anyways....i dunno
i do have a timer...but i am scared because i bought some cheap adapter to make it connect to my wall then turn into 3 prongs for the ballast... i dunno bah humbug!
on a crappier side. only 1 out of 3 of my plants is doing good! it is at about 3 inches! the other 2's roots are still to work their way through...i tried interferring but it only made things worse
! iw ill be a sad panda if i only get to harvest 1 plant this time through....even worse if it turns male
