I need help!

I need some help here. This is what I am doing first I will describe the "grow room"
1. washing machine box painted flat white.
2. 8 gallon tub,2 air stones & air pumps.
3. 4 in mesh pots,rockwool cubes, hydronton clay medium.
4. gen hydroponics flora grow,flora bloom dont have flora macro (do I need that)
5. 2 150 watt compact flourescent bulbs in reflectors.

This is what I have done so far 3 times
1. start germinated seeds in rockwool cubes.
2. when root came out bottom of rockwool cube trans planted in hydro bubbler system 6 gallons fills to 3in above bottom of mesh pots.
3. after about a week I added my nuets 1tsp per gallon flora grow 1tsp flora bloom.
4. lights 2-3 in from top of plants.
5 after 3 weeks in hydro they are only 3-3.5 in tall.

What am I doing wrong if anything please help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

well how many plants? you got 300watts if more than 3 plants id say need more watts

Might need more light. I'm sure you will get somone to give better advice. I've got some clones in about the same shape not growing fast but they are growing they are budding atm so I didn't think they would grow very fast.

I currently have 2 plants. there is also a small fan running.

are you useing 42w cfl's if so most likley 2700k light, not so good for veg I had 3-42's 2700k 1-85w 6500k and 1-4' tube set 6500k for my veg also had 9 plants.

yep your floros need to be 6500k bulbs too that could do it if not.
