I need some information about this strain called ogre

I just got a hand full of ogre seeds given to me by a friend and was wondering if anyone here has heard of or grown it themselves. How big is it supposed to get? How much is the indoor yield? How much is the outdoor yield? What are the flowering times? Is it pretty resistant to bugs and fungi?

I did some research on it already and found a few different discussions about it but none of this information has come up. I saw it was another name for Sensi Star and I was wondering if this was true.

+Rep to anyone providing helpful information.
Thanks

i have never grown it but i have smoked it and it's the bomb. :)
i don't think it's sensi star. it has a nice toasted smell and flavor. there was a club here selling it for a while and i bought a bag weekly. then it all just disappeared. it has been 2 years since i've even heard of it.

A club somewhere in the 707 (I won't say which one) may still have some. Idk, it's been a couple weeks since the last time I was in there, but who knows? I heard it was just Sensi Star renamed also. Dense, super silvery nugs, but not much in terms of yield....plus, a very long flowering time. Are some things worth the wait/time/cost? Only you can decide.

Extra flower time for a denser and frostier nug? Sounds like something I may have the patience for lol I may have to sample it just a little here and there though tbh :D

dam they look nice the leaves are huge good luck
Thanks man!! I think the color could be a bit better but I wont complain. I need to add some nitrogen and plan on throwing some bat guano into the mix next repot which is very soon.

I hear ya. I'm just 1 of those growers that loves to know the best way to grow certain strains. The more you know the more you grow.

my buddy was growin ogre for a while, said it was very similar to OG kush on yield and time to harvest, but tougher and not as picky. ive never grown either, but he knows his shit. he made the switch from og to ogre because it could take higher temps.

Ok well I just checked em today and found 4 of them to be males so I had to cut em. Hella sad man its like parting with a kid. Almost. Still have a few others and found 4 of them to be females so we will see how things turn out.

Wow...And I thought I was the ONLY ogre lover...

Luckily, I used to know the guy who developed the strain. Sensi star is no where in it's lineage.

I used to be married, and the ex was friends with this freakishly huge body builder. Just so happened that this guy, on top of importing WAY too much HGH, was also a BIG time dealer, and as I would find out later, a talented breeder. Me being me and always interested in cannabis I got to know the guy real well. He showed me his op and we got to talking. He wouldnt get in depth but I do know that NYCD is part of the mix. All he would say about the rest is "you'll have to wonder..." he used to run a huge perpetual sog room and always had the exact same ogre, so I have no reason to doubt him. I have recently found it once again at a dispensary in the bay area and got me big bag.

Ogre has a very distinct smell, smoke and high. For me, its in the top 10 strains of all time. Dieselly, chemically smell, piney overtones, expando, dense smoke...lovely.
