Are you feeding nutrients yet? IF not what soil? How often are you watering?

Could be: Nutrient burn or over watering. I see crispy tips. The brown looks like its drowning. Your soil should dry out almost all the way between watering. Drainage in cup?

im using growers gold organic potting soil... no nutes yet... i used this soil a few times for outdoor grows (this is my first indoor). its possible i may have over watered them, i thought the same thing and let the soil dry pretty much completly then i watered today, so im hoping the problem will stop. If not its possible i have some fungi problem that i will have to adress then hit my box with another thruougho cleaning....

Thanks for your help SomeGuy

yeah you shouldn't have to worry about nutes this young. I think that you might be on the right track of over watering. I've never used the lights you mentioned before....Is there a chance of heat stress?

Do you know the pH of your soil? I'm not sure about pH problems with plants this young. I wish I could offer better advice, but I'm a hydro grower so I start seeds (and clones) differently...

No problem. I am pretty sure it is over watering. A tip is to add extra perlite to your indoor mix so the it is aerated really well.

The T-5 Fluorescent do not get very hot... at least not like an hps or MH. You are right that PH could be an issue. Most growers new to indoors tend to over water...LOL... so I hope that is all it is for his sake. :)
