As the title says, if you are using the 3-part GH Flora series in Coco post what strength and when/how often you feed. Also if you are using additives please add those as well. Please post pictures of your results or current pics under the feeding schedule if you can! Im trying to compare what people are using and their results so I can fine tune my own. I know each strain is different but im assuming most people stick fairly closely to a recipe that works for them.

Im on my 1st grow and have done tons of research on this and have found the Lucas Formula, Heads formula, and Rez's that all leave out the Flora Grow. I already had purchased the grow and started using it before finding this info so I figure I might as well keep using it.

Im on week 5 from germination and started nutes at about 1/8th tsp of each Grow, Micro, and Bloom after about 8 days of them breaking ground. I slowly worked them up to 1/2 tsp of each and now onto 1 tsp of each. I am using distilled water and have been using nutes every other watering until the last few days where Im now trying out a feed-feed-water schedule. I also started adding 1/2-1 tsp of Cal-Mag + a couple weeks ago after I saw some deficiencies. I water about every 2-3 days in 3 gallon pots under a 600w MH for veg. My coco is mixed with about 30% perlite as well. Im thinking about bumping up the nutes pretty soon to half of what GH recommends for aggressive growth: 1.5 tsp grow, 1 tsp micro, 1/2 tsp bloom. But would like to see what everyone has had success with 1st.

I will put some pics up a little later.

But again; please post what works for you with the GH Flora series in Coco, including how often you water, if you feed every time you water, and pics are a HUGE plus.

THANK YOU! Im sure this will not only help me but many people in the future.

If you look at my first grow journal in my signature I completed that and most of the second using GH's Flora series and I was as happy with it as with Dyna-Gro. I switched because Dyna Gro didn't require me mixing three parts then adding, Ca/Mg, and Silicone. Also Dyna-Gro's a little more stable on pH. My second journal is mostly all Dyna-Gro products I use, Foliage Pro, Bloom, ProTekt and Botanicare's Ca/Mg with Fe suppliement. So you can sort of see for yourself.

Thank you for the link, that aurora indica looks delicious! I am also using a couple Nirvana strains.

I skimmed through your journal and didnt find any specific amount of nutes you were feeding and when?

Maybe i just missed it....

Well here is a recent pick of a couple of my girls:

The 1st is Northern Lights and the 2nd is White Widow. The widow is definitely a little pickier and has been showing some problems on a few leaves but still growing fast so not too worried about it at the moment. The NL on the other hand is growing perfectly. I just upped the nute mix to half of the 3-2-1 ratio recommended and havent seen any burns yet so will prob keep this the same until flowering unless something changes.

Ok thats what I figured since most people have told me GH burns at strengths on the bottle, just wanted to clarify. I dont think Ill ever go over half of what they recommend unless my girls are telling me they need it.

Micro, Grow, Bloom. 1000 W.

Veg 2,4,1. Cal Mag, Silica, Rapid Start. ppm - 600 ish
Flower 3,0,6. Kool Bloom, Canna Boost. ppm - 800 ish

Im still having trouble figuring out how much Cal Mag to use.

I get yellowing fan leaves during flower, nute burn at low ppms.

Id say I get decent buds, nothing special. Thinking about adding fulic acid or beneficials.

Thanks for adding to this thread....you say you dont get much nute burn with those ratios eh?

Ive been using the 3-2-1 at half strength for the last couple weeks or and the plants seem to be digging it. Im still getting some kind of calcium deficiency (i think) on my 2 white widows but the northern lights is looking beautiful and bushy! The Widows are still growing fast though so im not too worried and the new growth looks pretty healthy. My Headband clone is also showing what seems to be a mag deficiency .

I too am trying to dial in the cal-mag....ive just been using the recomended 1 tsp/gallon but I also just switched from distilled to my tap water so I think they may help.

I still get a little tip burn, i cant figure out how to get the ppms to higher levels yet. Some growers push 1400 ppm but that doesnt work for me. Yeah, cal mag is tricky. GH blog quoted 2.5 ml / gallon in veg and 5 ml / gallon in flower but that seems too much. It seems that newly planted clones need high levels of magnesium and / or calcium? Newly planted is my weak area (which is stressful).

Ya that GH recommended dosage for Cal-Mag seems like it should be the opposite based on what ive heard. Multiple people have said they drop the cal mag completely in flower....
