Idea For Grow Up (double SCROG)

First of all hoping this is the right forum for this idea.
Just wondering if this idea would produce a better yield than the traditional SCROG method. I was wondering if since a good amount of actual foliage would be left and getting lights from fluorescent tubes running through them (would be in cooled tubes) there could be a greater yield possibility? More light = more yield?

Why? I read this and that is all I think. It seems very Rube Goldberg machiney to me. If you want more light hang more HiD lights.

Well I was just wondering if more lights actually down in the leaves where a lot of light would be taken in would increase it's yield.
