ideas on saving my girls........

ok guys you have helped me in the past, and i thank you. i have a midred of roblems but first back round....grown in a bedroom. 1000w mh running 500w 24in above plants. 3 fans, one blowing on light the other 2 moving air back n forth .6 seeds from company x. 4 green crack 2 Durban poison. germinated in p/t, and put in soil (6in pot) WITH NO NUTES as per seed peeps. they just weren't growing. (geese its a mystery ta me) and only now are they starting to act normal. hers what happned, and what i did.
i transplanted my 2.5 week old 4 green crack ladies to a 3 gal pot, with 50% potting soil, 10% perlite and 30% sphagnum moss. i mixed in about 3 tesp. blood meal through out all 12 gal. of soil. when i had the babies outta the 1st pot the balls were nice, roots abound but bound and slightly moist. then watered with a 1/2 strength of a 10-3-6. i was reluctant to touch them.....but they were literly glowing lime green bottoms and contorted like growing. i had egal eyes look for mites ect. and thank Gd nothing. so i assumed that they were starving and the limeish color was their ribs sticking out. today is the 2 nd day in their new home and they seem to be perky and slightly greener. i think i did good just by adding nutes but....do you guys think im blowing smoke up my arse?

seedlings that age in that mix need no added fertilizer.
12 gallons of soil need 3 gallons of water added all at once, and not again until the container is light.
roots grow down and seek the organic matter that the water is helping to break down.
I wouldnt add any more nutrients until the plant asks for fear of a lock out.
mites come from friends, dispensaries, other marijuana gardens and growers, outside clones/cuts. if
you have none of those chances are you wont see a mite.

excellent....thanks again chemphlegm! um maby i shouls tell you i um killed cactus......well 2 only.....lol peace

Using a cannon to kill a gopher with all that light on tiny plants like that. A few cheap LED or CFL bulbs is all they need at that stage.

The waste of electricity makes me shudder when ours is 23.5¢/KWH here.

:peace:
