ideas on short cfl of maybe 2 weeks from seedling to outside

what kind of bulb .and how long should i leave it on for from seedling till transplanting outdoors in 2 weeks,also would a temp of 50s be to cold for them?

that a little on the cold side....the more light the better even though you are going to transplant....the stronger the plant is before the transplant the better......so by the biggest cfl's you can afford....the 40 watters are like 10bucks a pop...those are pretty good.
