Identification of plants help

Hey i found this little cocong in al of my plants. They dont seem to be seed because my last run got theese and no hermie. Is it normal that there are support small seeds in the cocongs. the seed is minimal it looks big on the picture / Flodas

its really small but how is it possibel i have had many grows with small seeds like that never get bigger? do i always get hermies :S? go check for urself a colured pistille and open one of the calyxes
