Ok guys, I need help identifying this bug, having a decent sized infestation. You can see them with your named eye. Based on the look it appears to be thrips but want a second opinion. This picture is through a microscope. First post thanks in advance for the help everyone

You don’t need any help.

you’ve correctly identified that you’ve got thrips.

I think this picture is of a 2nd Instar Larva.
