If I accidentally pollinated my plants, do I let them flower the same length of time? (more or less than?)
If I am not exactly sure of which strains I have, do I use the same method for knowing when to harvest?
I have some plants that have white and amber hairs that are covered with sticky leaves etc..but then I have some that have orangish-red hairs and are just starting to get sticky. I have about 6 varieties and they all look so different.
Its been close to 7 weeks now.

I can add some pics later if needed.

Thanks:blsmoke:

most strains flower in about 8-10 weeks some can take longer, i would say post some pix so we can see if they are sativa or indica as that can affect flowering time. also get a magnifier and look at your tirchromes to tell if it is ready

OK thank you. They didn't all seed but some of them did. I tried to take some close ups but I changed the settings on my camers and don't know what I did so I have to read my camera instruction book and find out how to take close ups. Maybe I'll do that now.

Thanks.

They didn't all get knocked up. Just some of them and not I wasn't expecting it but I am not in the least disappointed. I was at first but now I have best of both worlds. i have some nice bud and some kick ass seeds too.

So BONUS!!!!!! I save all kinds of $ on seeds PLUS now I have my own strains for my indoor/outdoor grow which I think is mega cool right about now.

So its all GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:peace:
I guess my girls don't mind being knocked up. ;).
I'm sorry your girls got knocked up Lacy :( I'm assuming you didn't want that.

yeah, a little bit of seedy weed never hurt anybody...i would have rather taken alot of clones to save $ on seeds though...the seed production takes away from the bud development and the weed isn't as good. glad your stoked though, good luck on the rest of the grow. bongsmilie

i have made seeds they take 4 to 6 weeks to fully develop and be viable from the date of pollination. flowering time should be exactly the same either way the pistils that took pollen will turn brown right away only pay attention to the non pollinated pistils they will turn brown at the time they normally would depending on the strains flowering time. big full grown seeds are easy to see and remove and can be used in the future wait a month before you try and germ them they wont germ right away. so treat the plant the same as if it was not pollinated ive grown the same strain side by side i pollinated 1 not finish time was the same using trichrome microscope. hope that helps:peace:
