If someone lacks the basic skill of using proper spelling and grammar they probably lack the skill to read and understand what they are arguing.

America bought Russian nuclear missiles from Ukraine, helped dismantle them and then reprocessed the material into fuel for nuclear power plants, which America has been burning here for the last 20 years.

If Putin wants yellowcake, he has cheaper sources than America.

I'm not always successful at following this advice, myself.

See that's the thing. If English were a second language I would expect grammar to be better.

Those that learn English as a second language normally speak better proper English than someone that its their native language.

The lack of slang and it being learned recently and fresher on the mind.

I don't even remember where I heard that. I think it was in a college class.
