Alright alright, I ran the box with everything except water in the cooler and humidity dropped to high 40% over night but temps went up to 81F high. Soooo I caved and decided to let all of the ventilation run and only the light goes off during dark hours. Had to run on an overnight trip so I wont get to check my stats till tomorrow night but I think I should be able to hold. Im curious how far the humidity would have dropped had I let it keep running with no water. Time will tell if I need a mini dehumidifier. Only thing about a dehumidifier is that it produces warm air which is defeating the purpose of the evap cooler. However i didnt know my evap cooler was dropping my box by a total of 4F, impressed for the tiny size.
You can use cool mist humidifier which doesnt add heat at all you can actually build your own for pretty cheap if you wanted to

Alright, so I have had everything running 24 hours except the light on its own 12h cycle for a few days. I am able to keep humidity below 55% with lights off and just under 50% lights on. Temps hit a low of 68 (home temp) with lights off and 77 high lights on. I am going to purchase a mini dehumidifier to bring me into 40s and possibly lower for the end of flower. Will update soon.

40-60% in flower is good as long as you make sure you have good airflow which you seem to do.. sounds like a plan to lower a few % as you finish flower! Keep us posted but sounds like you dialed in all the factors good job

Generally, the hotter tour room is the higher you want the humidity. Do a search for a vpd chart and check it out.

We have hot humid summers and dryer, cooler winters so it allows us to work with the environment instead of against it and saves on power etc.

Those are some great environmental conditions considering you're not using the standard equipment (A/C, dehuey, etc). If you can keep things right in this range you'll do good. You'll almost certainly have issues when the seasons change, but enjoy it right now.
