In ground flowering

If i plant my plants in the ground would i have control over flowering or would nature take its' course??

you can control flowering, you need to build something that you can drape a black tarp over the plants with, with out hurting the plants, if you put the plants under cover, with no light for 12 hours, you are in flowering stage.
