Hello to all the brilliant concentrate minds out there. I have been trying to put together a solvent -less recipe that makes the perfect vape pen juice for a while now. Ive tried a few good brands already. Spliffin is really good,Brass Knuckles,710kingpen and The Clear vape pens.
They are all good. When I tried to make my at home solution I failed because it turned dark after a while. Ive always just used the term vape juice.
But whats the correct term, (shatter) BHO, Honey Oil, Co2 oil, hash oil. . . I always thought it was butane hash oil which was melted down shatter??? Just a lil confused But if anyone has a solid recipe that would be great.

I watched Bret Maverick's video on you tube and decided to give it a try.
I cut (PEG) Polyethylene Glycol (not to be confused with PG Polypropylene glycol)
and I melted down 1 gram of shatter on low heat until melted. Then I simply poured that mixture into my empty vape cartridge. After a few weeks the solution turned dark and the vape smoke was a mild faint blue. I threw that pen away because I had already read up on the dangers of polyethylene but I needed to see for myself.
What Ive heard:
I heard I could use MCT oil (refined Coconut oil) melted shatter and add flavoring. Ive read that it turns dark because It was cut with to much glycol.
My Purpose:
I want to create a solvent-less high quality vape that actually hits like a one hitter quitter.
