THANKS ROLLA J, lol..

Working on the Top today/night. Got my grills so its on like donkey kong tonight, will work on them during GLM show tonight most likely. Have to track down my skillsaw i leant out a year or 2 ago, :/

I ordered some molding for the top, but it was garbage, not even close to what I wanted, and Lebron Jamed it into the trash, lol. SO still adding 2 fans will surely keep this rig pretty comfy. RIght now, with it set at 98 watts, 11.2 volts, for the 5000k Spec, just guessing its like 77degrees on the inside aluminum sheet.

right on Kerovan, Ill have a nice little journal right here in this thread. Going to throw more beans in the water, and get a bunch rollin. Saving up for some BOGS blue rocks or boggle gum. Sopposed to be fast finishers, and with the GrowMau puck, i can see nice shits on a 21 veg, and 42 days flower or shorter.

I still have some Fire OG seeds to, so might throw them in there too, lol..

Hey fellas,

Got the top almost done, need to paint, but weather isnt good for it.

The front 2 fans, suck cool air in, the rest are passive outlets. Seems to be working good.

Plants grew a good amount in 2 days, they are in the last day of dry out, they are thirsty. Going to water before lights out. 24 days from seed. other cracked beans about to go in soil too.

so far, Im happy with the light. time will tell.. I have some rachet hangers on the way, so i can drop it and raise it when needed, and its needed. I could crank the watts down, but from this height, its only 215 par on 55 watts of 5K spectrum.

Ok, thanks for looking, have a great Sunday

lol, for got pics,

got the GrowMau puck up. Still have to fabricate a slidable up and down holder for it. Got the timer programed, and got 6 sprouts in the dirt. Might have 3 more. Plants are getting 350PAR, right where i want it at this stage. Running 5K at 110 watts. Inside temp holding at 87DegreesF.

ok, I have a total of 10 seedlings now in cups. Goal is to keep them in these for 14 days from the day they touch plastic bag. Then they will be transplanted into a tad bigger container with KindSoil then flipped.

I got to say, the other plants are growin quick now. But im going to clip the side branches and aim for just a top and trunk buds.

Happy Sunday folks, Got an update for ya.
Everything is finally set. Got my ratchet hangers adjusted. Kindsoil here, containers ready for transplant of the lil ones. They are going into 40OZ containers, tad bigger then the black mugs. 6 pretty strong seedlings, growing quick. In this pic, they are 2 days from breaking soil. Im going to be precise with kindsoil depth on each one to take notes on growth, to figure out the best ratio. I love kindsoil. My last successful grow, ( 6 months ago) was just Kindsoil and FFoF. Then, went to DWC, smh, then coco, now back to where i started at the beginning. Probably wont use any other method now, but next time in the future, i want to try subcools soil mix.

These plants are drinking 8 oz water a day if you can believe that. I take them to almost runoff, dry the next day. Which, I really enjoy, because they get fresh water every day. Thats why i really like small containers. My last run with the black mug, had a nice potential haul, and got black mold, i think it was anyways, and trashed it. Scrubbed everything down with bleach, inside out, bagged it up, lysaled it for 24 hours, wiped down again, moved to different location. Should never have that issue again. Bad air circulation, and 85% humidity in flower, not good, lol..

anyways, the light is 14 inches from the highest plant top. Its getting 480 par, the pic shows in red, what the par is on the top of each plant, then on floor in corner.

The setting im currently at, is both spectrums on, 118 total watts, 10.5volts, 11amps (1.6amps from wall). Temp steady at 79F under lights, 85F INSIDE casement, meesured off aluminum sheet.

When i switch to flower, I will turn up PS, to 225wattsish, 11.8volts. It would be 700 par at 14inches,

GrowMau puck goes on 5 minutes before lights out, and runs a total of 15 minutes.

SO, that is the plan.

as you can see, the one plant is have LSTd, its at 16inches right now, and its being tied down to a 24inch stick,lol.. Wierd, i know, but wnated to get the light low, and figured id try something like this. im about to top the lil branches already on it. The tall plant in the back, Was my Male prediction, so I have all plans to scrap it. Growing nice, but I think its a male. They werent looking to good, so i started adding 1ml of calmag to 16oz water, and they responded nicely. The tall one, also got 1ml of FoxfarmGrowbig Hydro nutes per 16oz water, as an experiment. I have nutes that im not using now. Foxfarm trio, and AN perfect PH, pretty much full. The plant responded awesomely tho to the growbig, in just 1 day. But like i said, i think its a male, sooooo, we'll see.

ok, have a good one, thanks for stoppin thru.

well, had to raise light. It seems stronger then i thought. cant be any closer then 24inches at this stage. They dont like high lux. 20,000 even seems to much for them. temp at 78degrees, so I dont think its heat stress, i think its light stress. Yellowish neon leafs, and tiny leafs it seems.

Looking good! What seeds are sprouting there? I'm surprised you need to keep the light that high. Maybe after the plants mature a bit they will be able to use the extra light.

Hey BGT, not sure what strain, but had a 3hour buzz, and got like 15seeds from a bag. If I go by my original PAR setting, its still getting like 450 par at 24 inches, on 115 watts. Seem to like 200 par area. Ill have it dialed in in a day or 2.

Going to keep the best 2, and ones i think are female, and going large pot now. Even the ones that are older in here, Im probably trashing except the small one in front, because I like it and I like how it grows. this is the 3rd time i grew it. If you look at my last grow, that one in the front left, in the small mug is that strain.

But ive decided the hell with the small cup BS. Going to scrog 2 big containers. But Im doin g it different.

I put a strainer in the container, with a hole for air line,.. So it will airprune from the bottom, which will never go rootbound for sure, i would think. WIll be using KindSoil and FoxfarmOF. The air will run only during first day, then off till it drys out, then on again after watering for 24 hours. So it will have an abundance of O2 to eat up, will airprune from bottom, Will have great light?!? and SuperSoil. Should be a decent outcome.

So these now, are pretty much getting the light adjusted and all that stuff. Going to set up the new pots today, so I can be ready to pick my 2 and they can feed asap.

These current ones werent doing to good with just FFoF. Since adding calmag it seemed to help with the purple alot.

Have a good one BGT,

Well, that didnt work out as planned, LOL.

decided to just run these current ones out, F it. Although i think the tall one that looks like an orange tree is a male, its a guess, thru my personal research of trail and error, i might be wrong, and it is growing to be a beast. BIG leafs. Hopefully this KindSoil will help it out.

The tilted one, it is what it is, lol, going to be a wall climber. Im deciding if i want to top or not. all are opening 9th node. Even the tallest is the same node build as the smallest. Its a nice tight noded one, the small one for sure. No sense in wasting 32 days, lets see what happens. Ill pro trash the cups, but 1, put it in some kindsoil in a 40oz cup as i planned, and just see what happens with a small cup, Its going to be a packed tent i think. should be fun tho, HUH.. Going to veg for prob 3 weeks more.

OK, thanks for lookin in. any ideas or advice appreciated,

Same thing happened to me when I set up my led, it was way to powerful. raise it up a decent amount, prop the sideways one up against the side wall for a bit and it will adjust.

Hey CanadianDank, I had planned to keep the light lower, so i kinda LSTd it to be parelle with the floor. Now I think i might top off 4 nodes, off all of them and start training for scrog. Im expecting these to grow quick to be honest, and I have a knack for getting them to spread out. Im using 3000k for the last 4 hours of the day to promote stretch. So for the first 4 hours, its 3000k, then for 9 hours 3000k and 5000k, then 4 hours back to 3000k, then Night initiation FR for 15 minutes at the end of the day. So they get 17 on/7off but 2 hours extra process time at night because of the FR. I guess there really isnt any info on FR and Veg that Ive found, so, thinking its at night all the time anyways, cant hurt, just as long as its less then 10 hours I should be able to stay out of Bloom. Experimental at this point.

Thanks for input
