Inchworms - BT or Nematodes?

I have some gnats (fruit flies or fungus gnats - I'm not sure) which I'm trying to control with traps and sticky paper and keeping the soil dry, but I'm also finding inchworms eating my bottom leaves and hanging by a single thread from the leaves. I'm about to transition into flower - what should I do? BT? Nematodes? Something else?

The gnats will go away if kept dry for a week. You may have to manually exterminate the inch worms. The last part No clue without pics.

Let the medium dry out. Gnats love water. You can also add some diatomaceous earth, which help kills the gnats. If you can, I would wait a few days to flip to flower, and get the bug problem under control. You can get yourself some bacillus thuringiensis, and use it as a foliar to rid the inchworms.

That's what I did. I sprayed the BT today while doing my pre-flower prune. I'm hoping with a more powerful fan, less humidity, less water, BT and nematodes and yellow sticky paper it will solve the problem.

You're taking the right steps to getting it under control. Just stay with it, and you'll be fine.

Bt will kill your nemetodes...what were u thinking?
Beneficial nemetodes will kill off fungus gnats. An inch of pumice or perlite will hold gnats at bay bc they can't burrow through it and lay their eggs.
