Income tax time can we claim our medicine and gardens...

Hi all, I have been growing my own medicine for the last four years. Never have I claimed my garden or my medicine at income tax due to the aekward conversation that would be.... Due to the fact her husband is RCMP... So before I ramble on how do I claim my medicine and garden????? Is it the same as a normal prescription claim????? Thanks grow strong

idought you can claim it, if you have a sales business, put equipment in there, I did. I use lighting and fans, lol mmj is not a real script, I dought itll work, go ask a accountant, they would now were to lodge that for ya. possibly

Well I just thought with the way our hitler gov have been blowing money on letters! $400 000... Wouldn't it be funny if all the patients filed lol

Gotcha. There was a thread posted a while back regarding the things that you could use with respect to med mari. I think it was Redi Jedi that posted it. This would be like back in December 2013 I think.
