Food safe nitrous can kill you as well as med grade, racing grade nitrous takes the o2 out of your blood. so your brain gets no o2 very stupid thing to do to your self. if you want a good no2 heigh go get a tooth pulled and ask for gas. They mix with o2 so you get high instead of killing yourself

well if you read up on a drug before u do it then your average joe would find out that in order to not kill braincells he'll need to add equal parts oxygen and nitrous...even doing that tho nitrous will still deplete vitamin b12 from your body so have a bottle of b12 vitamins and your all set
