Inquiry about 150W LED in PC Case

I have a 9.25x22x21 Inch PC Grow Box and I have been having really bad heat problems. So i'm thinking of scrapping my 6 23W CFL's and replacing it was a 150W LED UFO from Morsen

I'm going to replace my 2 120mm fans with one or two of these 120mm 120 CFM.

That light you linked says it only consumes about 50 watts. So that's all the output you would get. You can't go by the LED wattage they state, because they may be under driven like that one. By my calculation, you only have about 1.5 square feet of space. I would just replace the cfls with 100w replacement white LED bulbs, about 14w each. They're almost exactly the same lumen output as 23w cfls but use less power and probably put out less heat. I would leave the diffusers on, though some people break or cut them off. They cause more bleaching without the diffusers. It's your choice what color bulbs you get. With a short box probably the bluer ones would be best, like "daylight" which is usually 5000k. I wouldn't bother with the "grow light" types with the red and blue LEDs. White has been proven again and again to outperform combinations of red and blue.

It's definitely not the best but it work well, so I am pleased with that. I have had to except that this won't be a perfect grow but perfection is a journey not a destination. plus the temps should also not be too high so that's good. Do you think a small oscillating would be too much in a PC tower?

Yeah, can't see needing it with the other fans you already have. As it is, the heat probably pools at the top until pulled out by the fans. A circulation fan would blow the heat around so the whole case would be hot.
