Insulated Ducting Placement

I intend to install this on my intake line and wanted to install it onto my aircooled hoods that draw air through my carbon filter at the top of the tent, through the lights and then up to my external vent.

This issue is the stuff is a pain in the ass to manipulate. How can I install it on lights that are going to be lowered and raised seeing as the stuff doesn't like to bend ?

Thanks

Never used the stuff myself. Is it for noise muffling? Might be better to use a speed controller on the fan to quiet it down if that's the issue.

And why on the intake? Do you have a fan pushing air in as well?

Inquiring minds need to know more! At least mine does. :)

I have a 5" ruck on the intake, it's already on a variac controller, it's the hum of the air I want to reduce, already about to install 90 degree fabricated bends too so the duct can have straight runs. I cannot explain how much I hate acoustic ducting :/
