what do you mean not efficient? i am compleate 0 in physics as you can see =)
The efficiency of the driver is basically how much of its energy it going to the LEDs and not to heat/conversion. Here is some examples, look at the power watts at wall and power watts at COB numbers & Cost. Small amount of cost but think about an exponentially larger grow
