Is Doktor Doom's Premium 3 in 1 safe for organic growing?

I am wondering if Doktor Doom's Premium 3 in 1 is safe for organic growing? It is 96% Canola Oil, but what is in that other 4%?

Has anyone used this before? I hear that it is safe to use in flower and on veggie plants up until harvest, but outside of this I am not finding too much information about this product..

96% Canola oil.. I wouldn't use it in flower.. Screw up the pistils..

Im hoping to not have to use anything when they are in full flower.. They are still stretching/getting ready to flower.. Im hoping everything calms down here soon with the weather starting to break.
