Is it time to harvest?

Hi, first time grower here. I'm not sure if my plant is ready to harvest yet or not. Based on the many amber trichomes I'm seeing, I think it's time to harvest, or even a little past time to harvest. However, the buds seem really small compared to other pictures of plants that are done flowering (especially ones of this strain), so it has me second guessing myself. I think the strain is Dr. Krippling's Incredible Bulk. I made the mistake of not labelling the seeds when I first planted them, so I'm not positive which is which, but this is the only one of my three with amber trichomes and the flowering estimate for Dr. Krippling's was the shortest at 7-8 weeks, and I'm at 7.5 weeks into flowering right now. The bottom half is also not mature at all. Is that normal? Can I just chop off the top half of the plant, and stick the rest back with the other two?

Here are some pictures:

Thanks for your help

If there 7-8 week strain you should give them extra 1-3 weeks? Did you count flower from flip? Those trichomes I see a bit clear
I've heard it can take longer than the listed time, but the amber trichomes were making me worried that I would wait too long. Some of the trichomes are still clear, some are milky, and some are amber. I started counting flower time from the day I switched the light to flower and put them on a 12/12 schedule.
