Is my plant ready yet ?

Hello guys
I have 2 ak48 7 weeks into flowering and i already didn't water them for a week and gave it 1 week flush

In 10 days ill go in a holiday for 10 days

Now i have 3 options
1- harvest in 2 days and give it nice 8 days to dry and be ready to put them in a jar
2- harvest in one week and dry them in 3 days under a fan and put them in a jar
3- water them now and over water them before i travel and harvest and cure when i come back ( if i go with this option my plant may sufer from heat because no one will be around to turn on the a/c (25c/32c) )

Please give me your opinion on what option should i go with
I took few budds to try and they got me stoned nicly but they didnt taste good

Well they arent anywhere near done. You have 3-4 solid weeks left. In my humble opinion all your options suck. Dry and cure are one of most important things to get right so quick drying and sticking in jars unburped is a good way to ruin buds, leaving unwatered in high heat for 10 days is gonna hurt your plants pretty bad, so even if you cropped now (which would give you a much lower yield of much lower quality) you wouldnt have enough time for a proper dry and cure. While curing in jars you must open jars 1-2 times daily or risk mold. Glad I dont have to make this decision

Option 4 or 5:

Find a plant sitter while on vaca or reschedule your vaca.

I like your advice a lot if all of my 3ideas sucks here is a 4th one.
What if i reduced the number of cfl lights for 10 days while im away ( to 3x 32watts) this way the tempreture wont go above 27-28 and will stay under 22 at night (and give it 14 night hours ) and when i come back i can give them 1 more week and then give it a proper cure

I cant do that and it is not a tomato plant so i can let anyone sit it
How about keeping the light hours to min to avoid heat damge

Auto water system it will water them and they may live

I've never planned a vacation or even a day trip anywhere near the most important parts of my grow ....from seed,to pot,to jar,to pipe ....you're suppose to plan your vacation when your weed is in it's long cute stage ,so you can come back to some nice smoke .....it's amazing how many people I've seen in this exact situation on Riu ........nothing personal OP ....reschedule vacation ....because dry cure is just as important as growing it to begin with ....lots of great weed ruined during dry/cure ....GL

I only have one week of from uni and i have to travel for a medication for my father so it is not a thing that i can reschedule. It is not a good situation but im sure an exprinced person will give me a solution to save my plants

just to be clear i know that this vecation well miss my plants up but im looking for a midway solution so all of my hard work for 4 months doesnt get wasted

Im not looking for the best high quality most potent buds just somthing i can get as a reward for my hard work

If you just want to have anything to smoke then Id say set up an autowatering setup (relatively easy) and just accept any heat damage. Not an ideal solution at all but it will keep them relatively alive.

So it's more of an emergency situation than a planned vacation ....that makes more sense ....if your fathers medication is critical to his health ....then who cares about the plants in the long run .....good luck in your situation .....I wasn't talking about you personally ...I was just stating this situation comes up quite often for people it seems ...without a fully automated system that's dialed to perfection and even those can have glitches it will be hard to acheive what your trying without a trustworthy friend who could help while your gone .....GL to you

Ok if i set up an autowater system should i reduce the number of cfl lights to minimize heat or would the lack of light hurt my plants even more. I can go for 3x32 watts for 10 h a day

Im also worried that my buds would mold if i dont check on them regularly. Is that possible ?

Depends if humidity is high in your grow room or if the buds gets wet if not it will be fine

Pretty sure 3-4 weeks minimum. Up to 6, maybe. Those pistils need to be at least mostly swallowed by the calyxes and the trichomes should be 85% milky, 15% amber.
