Is something wrong or am I paranoid?

So about 4 weeks into veg or so and have had a few problems like algae and temps at highest of 88. I think i have things all good now, Im using hydroguard now and temps are 85 at very most. Heres my issues now and want to know if these are from old stress or something present. They are afgan x mazar and NL vegged under 200 w of mixed cfls and in a DWC homemade system.

1. Bottom leaves are yellowing
2. Bottom leaves that are not yellowing have rust on the edges.
3. Small leaves up the sides of the plants lower main stem, weird looking small leaves kinda mutated almost?

It looks like the onset of a potassium deficiency or lockout. Tell us a bit more about your nutrients....pH EC and water temperatures (assuming that is some sort of hydro system under there). Which way is the pH swaying, is it naturally rising or falling, is the EC rising, falling or remaining the same.
