is there a way to know the wattage or amps of older ceiling fans?

all of the overhead fixures here are ceiling fans from the late 80s to early 90s, and i use them frequently. the outlet i currently use to run my grow is run off of the overhead lights. it's a switch/outlet combo but the way it's wired it makes no difference whether the switch is on or off for power to the outlet. it's an older building with old wiring and i run a 400w hps and about 500 watts of fans off this outlet, figuring it was basically unused as all my overhead fixtures have just a single 24w cfl in each room and i use wall lamps for additional light. it suddenly occured to me that i have the ceiling fans on almost 18 hours a day for a big part of the year, and they are older so i doubt they are energy efficiant. i know modern ones use 40-100w depending on the speed, but what about old ones? i am setting up a veg tent with fewer watts that i plan on plugging into a wall outlet but i still might need the overhead circut for some shit and i don't want a hazard here. i included a pic of the overhead outlet.
