Is there anything wrong with these .. should i be adding food???

Hi everyone i have a question... i forget when i started these plants but they are at least a month old. the new growth started turning this bright green/yellow color on a couple on the plants. is this a defiency of some sort.... i do not know what the ph is.. they were getting burned from the soil so i transplanted 4 of them to new soil. and that seemed to help.. so if i should be adding nutrients what brand is best?? any ideas
Thank you in advance i appreciate the help. I just odered a grow tent for them 36x20x62 can't wait for it to get here... they are in a closet right now but i can see i'm going to run out of room soon ...

what soil do you use foxfarms ocean forest feeds 30 days its self.

its just some generic soil... peat and perlite no ferts the 2 biggest ones i left in some cheap stuff with ferts should i transfer them back into that stuff?? it's like sta green soil or something like that... should i get some food for them and which kinda??
