Is this a good deal? MH lights

Hey there,

I found this on craigslist:

Looks like a simple 40w ballast.
I already have a 400w MH bulb. But what else would I have to get?

Would I need an ignitor? The guy selling them said the balast has an integrated capacitor, but I'd have to get the socket myself. What kind of socket would I have to get?

looks like a hell of a deal. just take the ballasts to a local hydro shop and they will hook you up with the cords you need.
