is this a good list for advice?

I watched this video and took notes, but I want to validate the information with everyone who reads this post.
good show for beginners on DWC - Dedicated to Cannabis Education. Medicinal, Recreational, and Cultivation.

Vegetative Stage

1. Keep the lights on a timer - 18hrs on / 6hrs off
2. Keep the PH between 5.8 - 6.8
3. Keep the EC at 1st week between 1.6 - 1.8
2nd week between 2.1 - 2.3
4. Keep the humidity between 60 - 65%
5. Watch the water levels
6. Take clones BEFORE going into the bloom cycle
7. Use a GROW nutrient


Flowering Stage
1. Enter flower cycle between 7 - 8" tall
2. Change nutrient to BOOM
3. Lower humidity to 50%
4. Reduce light cycle to 12hrs on / 12hrs off
5. Water levels will drop quicker
6. Keep EC readings:
0.7 - 1.9 - 1st week
2.2 - 2.4 - 2nd week and after until havest

When to harvest?
- 7 weeks on average
- 75% of the fibers are red
- Are the buds firm?

Things to do BEFORE harvest
- For the last week use water
- The last 12hrs before harvest, drain water
- Set up a drying rack, drying line, and cutting table

This to do AFTER harvest
- Check them regularly for mould and parasites
- After 7 days see if the twigs will snap
- Trim off twigs and place into a glass jar
- Open the jar 2-4 times a day for a few mins, do this for 3 - 7 days
