is this a good timer?

I dunno about that exact one but if you have a harbor freight near you they have digital timers for $10 and I have been using a manual one that you push in the little tabs to set it and it is $3.99 and has worked great.
 
yea i have used 3 different manual tab type ones, and i dont like them, i want to make sure its on 12 hour cycles, the lil tabs never seem to line up perfect and im always worried its an hour to much or an hour to less.

ima google the harbor freight store location, thanks for the input!
