Is this a male or female plant?

Hey guys anyone knowledgeable enough to tell me if this animal face is a male or female or is it to early to tell ?she's about 3 weeks old but growth was slow due to some environmental issues I've since fixed.

Holy shit! Do you people actually comprehend words or am I wasting my time completely. I said "tend to" and "guess" these words are disclaimers for the variables. Maybe some of you could slow down the troll for a min. and actually create a network of unique experiences and talent. Plumb stamped

Sry D Jones, not you. Your post had a point. More irritated with the general vibe of this forum. Some try to help but then it gets clogged with garbage. Enjoy the opportunity.
