Is this bud rot?

To identify budrot you can gently pull the sugarleaves sticking out the buds. If they come loose, the bud is infected.

Thank you, this is the method I am using, got a few spots popping up here and there ... I'm spraying then removing infected area with a tiny bit of hydro peroxide, about 3 weeks to go

Once a week, more often if I see issues. I just spray the entire plant.
