The best bang for your buck in leds without sacrificing performance would probably be the blackstars or the pro-grows from hydroponicshut. I personally use advanced leds but they are a little more expensive. Look for a full spectrum in the 90-120w range that should be good for one decent sized plant. If you want to grow bigger or another plant look closer to 180w-250w. Make sure you know the actual power draw before choosing.

I am sure it's fine for one plant. I love both 90W UFO I have, I have only used them for side lighting but I am sure they can grow one nice plant! I am currently trying my 90W UFO BLUE on its own on seeds.

sorry I just saw it's all RED, I would recommend getting the quadband full spectrum if you want one light from seed to harvest. It has a lot of red and a few whites for flowering and a few blues for the vegging time

LED Wholesalers has a F Better Business Bureau rating. You would be better off getting a full spectrum light from a company that offers a warranty. If you're only looking to do one plant check out a hydroponics hut Pro-Grow 90 or a blackstar 135w ufo. Either will work well. I'm partial to Hydro Hut, that's pretty much all I use, although I do have a bs 50w I use for side lighting. The hydro huts are 14 spec including IR and UV and carry a 3 year warranty. Check my journal in my sig if you want to see them blast the crap out of some autos.

I owned a quad band 90w from LED Wholesalers once upon a time. It wasn't what my plants needed, wound up reselling on ebay.

You like your HH light? Have you tried any of the new ones? Why do others bash it? I just bought a X5-500 to Try out. Hard to find any honest opinions. Thanks!
