is this plant ready to harvest? I'm dying here !

like the question asked is she ready ? I just flushed 24 hours ago, should I chop her down and hang her up ? she's is less then a week from what to seed package said but almost all the hairs are reddish leaves are getting crispy what do you guys think? I chopped a small colla to see how it would look when dryer now I'm thinking it's done .
