Its been awhile since ive germinated

How long does it take you guys to germinate and sprout?

I have taproots on all my seeds, some planted at different times than others but none have sprouted out of the dirt yet. Its been like 4-5 days since the first was planted I believe. And probably 8-10 since I started germing.

I dont remember how long it took last time but can anyone ball park it for me. Oh and would temperature be a factor? Cause last time the warmer temps made the plants grow faster.

soil ph, temps, are u using a warming mat, are your lights on ur seedlings yet. dependind on the climate and strain it may take up to a week mine usually sprout 3-4 days after i plant sometimes sooner sometimes later. the ones that grow the slowest get rid of as they will only hinder your grow further. good luck

depending how far under the surface you planted the seed will affect
how long it takes to pop the surface,

Yeah. I dont really care about PH, never had a problem related to it. As for soil its Miracle Grow: whole lotta nutes formula haha. Lights are on and temps are coolish. I just added another cfl and theres no ventalation now so it might heat up soon.

yeah i have almost the exact same situaution right now and its my first grow except for me its been like 8 days on first seedling and 4 days on 2nd seedling.

that sounds like myth material. no offense just does.


Anyway its all the same strain so i think i might put some other strians into germ. Dunno though cause if i do, im the type of guy were if i did it, the ones ive been waiting on would shoot up to like 6 ft tall females and i wouldn't have room for htem all.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY. One popped today about 10 seconds after my last post(aka noticing time)

I mean it might have been in there before and i didn't notice but its up word. I think the lights helped alot, well i actually put in a 30 watt/2700k bulb. AKA my old flowering bulbs. And its alot hotter then the 26 watt/6000k bulb.

Correct me if im wrong but its the 2700 and 6000 rating an expression of the light spectrum it produces but directly related to tempurature as in 2700k, k being for kelvin which would be like 2527 degrees ferenhit? All the stoner math was trying to ask why is the 26 watt cooler then the 30 if its more K??
